In no event shall mrut’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the basis of the bargain between you and Domain. The services would not be provided without such limitations.
